Metrotech Center, first conceived and built by Forest City Ratner Companies, opened to the public in early 2000. The complex spans 16 acres. Chelsea was awarded the landscaping package during the pre-construction phase. From 1999 through 2017, Chelsea continued to maintain the project for FCR.

In 2018, Brookfield Properties purchased the complex. Chelsea continues to maintain the newly redesigned plaza plantings envisioned by James Corner Field Operations. We are proud to still be associated with this special project 25 years in.
