Partnership Summary

Chelsea designs and plants 100 lamp post baskets for the LIC Partnership BID. In addition to the basket planting, Chelsea also installs over 3,600 Dragon Wing Begonia within the BID's tree pits and is responsible for scheduled maintenance and watering services throughout the growing season.
