Chelsea was tasked with installing blue board, drainage mat, and lightweight soil into the built-in planters on this plaza. No heavy equipment was allowed as the plaza was being planted over a cellar retail space. Using a conveyor belt stretching 25’ set on top of protective Styrofoam, Chelsea delivered and installed three tractor-trailers of bagged lightweight planting mix, a fully functional irrigation system, plaza plantings, and designated street trees.
