Backyard Revival
Designer: David Protell
Creating A Space to Host
Chelsea was tasked with turning an overgrown backyard property into an outdoor space that could function as a living garden room for dining and entertainment. Once a budget was established, concept and inspiration drawings were exchanged which led to the design that you see executed below. Chelsea hand crafted the fencing out of cedar, the pergola was constructed out of pressure treated pine and stained a dark brown. The client selected redbrick laid out in a herringbone pattern for the patio. Teak furniture rounded out the completed project; the plantings and fountain were icing on the cake.
