This project, designed with built in concrete planters sitting atop an underground garage necessitated Chelsea's use of a pumper truck to blow specially formulated lightweight soil mix into the planters as, understandably, no heavy equipment could be used on the structural slab. We installed hundreds of cubic yards of soil mix into the planters; the finished project complete with an irrigation system made an immense difference in enhancing the building's frontage and curb appeal.
