A prolific bloomer producing masses of golden-yellow flowers with distinctive black cones from July through September. Growing 18–24" tall, it features smaller, more slender foliage than other Rudbeckias and makes a high-impact addition to borders. Thrives in full sun to part shade and tolerates both drought and moist soils. Deer and disease resistant, it attracts birds and butterflies and makes an excellent cut flower.
