Low, dense creeping thyme forming tight green mats 1–2" tall. Pink flowers appear in July. Foliage deepens to wine-red in winter for added seasonal interest. Great for softening edges in containers, filling gaps in sunny garden beds, edging walkways and patios, or tucking into small planting pockets. Small-scale groundcover in full sun and well-drained soil. Tolerates light foot traffic once established. Drought tolerant. Zone 5.
