RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO

This Tribecca rooftop was a black tar surface when we first undertook this project. Working closely with the client we proceeded to design the layout and functionality of this space. They wanted individual garden rooms, each to serve there own function for lounging, dinning, cooking and entertaining. Chelsea installed the Wausau pavers, built the decking, added low voltage lighting and irrigation and, of course, hand selected all the plants.
