This key position is responsible for bidding, estimating, sales and project management. Candidate will be responsible for scheduling, equipment, materials, work crews required for the installation of commercial and residential landscape projects of all sizes. Job site and client meetings; liaison with architects and construction managers. Successful candidate must track job costs, submit monthly requisitions, certified payrolls, write proposals and follow multiple projects though to completion and final billing. 401K plan Are included in the compensation package. Chelsea is expanding its design sales division. The ideal candidate should have a solid
background In landscape design and plants. The successful candidates will
be expected to follow their designs from inception through installation.
Salary and commission commensurate with experience. Health insurance and

Our landscape construction division is seeking a year round skilled
assistant Forman with both stone setting and carpentry skills. The ideal
candidate will have experience in landscape construction; plan reading and
customer liaison skills. Ultimately you will be expected to run your own
jobs based on your depth of experience. Salary and compensation commensurate
with your skill set.
We have the most wonderful group of store employees anyone could ever ask
for. We need both full and part
time retail sales associates who love plants and love dispensing
knowledgeable advice to our customers. At this time of year we prefer
candidates with horticultural expertise but we are open to training
willing enthusiasts.
